In 2009, fab’rik founder and owner Dana Spinola had a conversation with a close friend over a glass of wine. The subject was one that’s all-too-familiar in major cities: the realization that while scores of people have closets filled with rarely worn garments, many more closets are threadbare. That conversation led to an epiphany, and the beginning of free fab’rik.
